Fralen must remain a safe environment for all users. The sharing, posting, or distribution of any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content—including text, images, or videos—is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Account Ban.
Users are prohibited from posting or sharing links that contain scams, phishing attempts, malware, or malicious software of any kind.
Penalty: Permanent Account Ban.
The promotion of gambling or gambling services is strictly forbidden across all forms of content distribution on Fralen. Any content promoting gambling will be removed immediately to protect users from the severe consequences of gambling.
Penalty: 1-Month Account Ban.
Users under the age of 13 must be linked and connected to a verified parent account to use the platform. Providing a false birthdate or misrepresenting your age to bypass these systems is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Account Warning and/or Temporary Account Limitation.
Utilizing fake identification, falsified documents, or age verification methods belonging to someone else is completely prohibited.
Penalty: Account Suspension.
Fralen prioritizes authentic, organic material. AI-generated media (including AI-generated videos or pictures) is strictly prohibited on the platform.
Penalty: Immediate Media Removal.
Users may post advertisements provided they are authentic and represent a brand or product that the user legally owns or is authorized to represent. Additionally, an "Advertisement" tag must be clearly and visibly displayed on the content. Advertising fake products, unauthorized brands, or omitting the required tag is prohibited.
Penalty: Media Removal and a 1-to-7-Day Account Suspension.
Impersonating any individual, organization, public figure, or other entity is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Account Suspension.
Parodies are permitted but must be clearly and explicitly labeled as a parody account before being reviewed or actioned by our moderation team. Furthermore, parody accounts are not exempt from platform rules and must not violate any other section of these Terms.
Penalty: Non-compliant parody content or accounts will face Media Removal or a Temporary Account Suspension.
Fralen respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners can submit formal removal requests through our Support Portal. Please allow our team up to five (5) business days to review and process the takedown. Once processed, the official creator or rights owner will be notified via email regarding the final outcome of the request.
Fralen prohibits the manipulation or exploitation of religion or culture for artificial engagement. Content designed solely to solicit interactions (e.g., "Like and subscribe if you love God") or any other forms of cultural exploitation will be removed.
While Fralen does not issue separate standalone terms for individual forums, all Fralen community forums are governed by these overriding core Terms of Service. Forum owners may implement custom rules, provided they do not conflict with these Terms.
Fralen maintains a zero-tolerance policy for targeted harassment or malicious bullying. Content created with the sole intent to harass others will be removed. Content that is lighthearted, humorous, or parodic does not automatically qualify as harassment.

To maintain platform stability, coordinating or participating in "forum raids" or activities intended to overwhelm our infrastructure with spam, traffic, or bots to crash the server is strictly prohibited.

Fralen does not allow unapproved automated accounts, scripts, scraping tools, or bots on the platform due to server resource limits.

Accessing Fralen through external websites or third-party API configurations is permitted subject to the following technical limitations:

Creating new profiles or using alternative accounts to bypass an active penalty, suspension, or permanent ban is strictly forbidden. Any attempt at ban evasion will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts, devices, and IP ranges.
Users are encouraged to report any content or accounts that violate these Terms using our official reporting tools or support system. Fralen reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate moderation action at our sole discretion.
Fralen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform, specific features, or individual user accounts at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability.
Fralen is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will be entirely error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Fralen shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or third-party interactions.
